I ship within the allocated time period and will always strive to get your items out to you early! Please ensure you enter the correct address, as this is the most common hold up to items reaching clients!

I post Royal Mail First Class for UK orders. Royal Mail First Class generally estimates 1 working day for delivery but it does not offer any tracking. Royal Mail deliveries are subject to slower progress during busy periods so please consider this and be patient at Christmas.

For INTERNATIONAL postage I offer two options at the checkout: International Standard Shipping & International Tracked.
International Standard Shipping estimates 6-7 working days but is affected by busy times. International Standard does NOT enable tracking. Generally this service is efficient and reliable but if you have any specific timing needs please select ‘Express/Tracked Shipping’.
International Tracked estimates 5-7 working days and this service enables tracking! The system shows a similar estimated delivery time for both services BUT from extensive experience the tracked service is much faster, particularly at busy times, and is the only way to enable tracking.
I cannot provide any tracking or other details if you select the Standard shipping option. The difference in price is regulated by the postal supplier so my advice does not reflect any profit to me.

CHRISTMAS DATES:

If posting within the UK; First Class Post cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas after the 21st December.
If using International Standard Shipping the estimated date is the 8th December. Select Express shipping to enable tracking.
